CSL elite PS4 can't adjust values in settings menu on wheel

If I press the settings menu I can navigate through it using the left and right controls. However I can't adjust any of the settings be pressing up or down. They appear to be locked. I know the buttons work because I can navigate through my menus using these buttons. Any help is appreciate.

If you mean the tuning menu on the wheel, don’t you have to rotate the joystick?
