Any idea what happens? Asseto on playstation 5.

which pixel response time does your TV have? Older TVs have a very bad MPRT.

Try enabling game video mode or similar. I'm using a LG from 2019(mid-low range) and with no game video mode enabled I have similar input lag or video latency lag.
