DD1 / Formula V2 Vibration Issue

Hello,

I went to jump on my sim tonight & for some odd reason my wheel / or base is playing up. On the screen it asked me to do a CSW Formula V2 rim update. So I do the update & it say's it's successful, however there is now just a vibration noise coming from the base & then it disconnects & doesn't get recognized within the Game Controllers app... the vibration noise continues at this point with no display on the DD1.

Can anybody advise on what I need / can do to fix this issue please? Not had any issue's like this before & it's really weird.
