Fanatec Porshe GT2 - Issues with FF - Wrong wheel in Fanatec Wheel Property Page
Hello,
I have an old Fanatec Porshe GT2 wheel that I have used on my XBOX 360 for years with no issues.
I tried to connect it to my PC for the first time a few days ago and I'm having issues. I installed the latest drivers and when I open the Fanatec Wheel Property Page utility, it says I have a 911 Turbo wheel. When I press the buttons on the wheel to test them, they do not match what is appearing in the utility.
Also, when I try to use the wheel with FF turned on the wheel pulls all the way to the right and does nothing. This happens in every game I have tried it with (Wreckfest and F1 2020).
I thought maybe I needed a firmware update, but I can find where/how to update the firmware in this wheel.
Can anyone point me in the right direction here? Thanks!

Hi Troy,
It's possible that the most recent driver is not suitable for this product. Therefore I suggest that you install the older one from the product page:
https://fanatec.com/us-en/racing-wheels-wheel-bases/racing-wheels/porsche-911-gt2-wheel#downloads
261 looks like the best option.
You should be able to reflash the firmware through this driver.
If you're still having issues after that, I suggest creating a Support Ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account.

Thanks for your help. I loaded the 261 driver and my wheel is now working fine.
