Weehl Base V2 Fan spinning 100% all time

Hi

The fan in my Weehl Base V2 is spinning at 100% all time. Have tried different firmwares without any change.

Is the temperature sensor defective?

Any ideas?

    Hi Ralf,

    I see that you have already contacted support about this, but you explained to them that the fan goes to back to normal after a while. If that's the case, then I would say that is normal, if your room can get very cold (my V2 base also used to do this, but only after it had become very cold overnight).

    If the behaviour has changed and it is now staying at 100% all the time, then indeed there might be a hardware issue, in which case you should continue to communicate with the support agent.
