opening a Support Ticket

CSL base USB port is loose, hasnt hit or been hit, really gutted.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for opening a support ticket please. Have emailed the webshop, assume thats not going to be right but thought i'd ask here

    Login on the website, go to the products under your account and op up a ticket. Simple as that.
