Problem with new CSL pedals

I just got the new CSL pedals with USB adapter. I have mounted everything after how the guide tells me to do. I use the 405 driver and can find the pedals but they don't work when I push down the pedals. No movement at all :/

Proposals:
1. Unplug the cable from the USB port and plug it in again. Was successful with me.
2. Remove the cable from the USB port. Remove the cables from the pedals and the USB adapter and plug them in again. Maybe it's just bad contact. Plug the cable back into the USB port.
3. If that doesn't help, try another USB port.
4. If you have another computer or try it at a friend's place.
5. If none of this helps, contact support.
Do let us know if that worked out. Thanks.
I am often having to assume that if the OP does not come back after 1st post, that everything was all good.
Thanks for the advice! It still did not work sadly. :(
Same problem here! Tried all of the above no go. Took them to my friend, he has a CSL elite wheel base and still did not work!
doesn't it come with a usb cable? i only say this because you said "adapter".my original csl pedals had the option to connect to the wheel or straight to my PC with a usb cable.
Please contact support, either by creating a Support Ticket via the My Products section of your Fanatec account, or you can try the Live Chat feature, open Monday to Friday, 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. (CEST). Live Chat is active whenever you see the headset icon on the site.
The electronics of the two-pedal set (or three-pedals if you add the Clutch Kit) does not support USB, you have to connect the pedals directly to a Fanatec wheel base. If you want to use them as a standalone USB device, the ClubSport USB Adapter is required. When the Load Cell Kit is available, this upgrades the electronics and allows direct USB connection. This was the same for the CSL Elite Pedals - the two-pedal set also required the ClubSport USB Adapter or the Load Cell Kit upgrade in order to enable USB support.
