CSL DD horrendous vibration after startup

CSL DD worked fine this morning and for some of this evening.
Exited ACC to look at settings in fanalab and the motor started doing this (link).
Now does it every single time the wheel version lights come on but does not when the wheel is disconnected.
Made sure screws are tight, no pins seem bad, tried USB ports and repairing the driver (410, not yet tried a reinstall).
Any suggestions?

Does it do the same when you only start the base without any steering wheel connected?
Same issue here with a McLaren GT3 V2 with the metal Quick Release on AC. I could eliminate this by using other Base and Ingame-Settings but could not figure out, which settings are the reason for this. Ingame in some corners there are still single heavily clicks and beats. But as mentioned above, i could not indentify the wrong settings. Im using the recommended Fanatec-Settings from this forum.
Works fine without a wheel.
I get every pronounce left turn a loud click. Ticket raised and RMA in process
have you updated the firmware of the base, motor etc before attaching the wheel?
I had this exact same vibration when I turned my CSL DD with Formula v2.5 wheel. It was fixed when I installed the firmware. Never had it again.
