CSL DD issues

Hi all,

I am having a couple of issues with my new CSL DD wheel and McLaren v2 wheel. First, neither is getting detected in the 411 driver. I have uninstalled the old driver, installed the new, restarted PC, reinstalled etc. The Base does rotate a small bit when turned on, so it is working, but it only rotates around 30 degrees.

Second, I cant seem to fully attach the Mclaren wheel. When I get push it on to the shaft fully I cant then rotate the QR to tighten.

Any help would be appreciated.
