CSL DD Mount Holes

I have read everywhere that the new CSL DD base can be mounted with the same holes as the previous bases, be it the triangle of the CSL and CSW or the 4 holes of the Podium.
But looking at the template of the new base it appears that the holes have a separation of 80mm, I even printed the template and measured it, they are just 80mm.
The problem is that the separation of the previous bases is 78.4mm... and not 80 like the CSL DD. Well, that 1.6mm could be a problem for metal trays.
Could someone who already has the new CSL DD in their possession confirm that if they fit the holes with those of the previous bases... please.

I have the CSL DD and DD1 and can confirm that they both fit. I have the Sim Labs wheel deck and have mounted both to it; no issues.
