Why fanatec give priority to his clients in Eu delivering from Now the wave 3, but in united states the havent even finished the second wave. It is increíble that a multinational company work that way.
Taking months to fix problems, while posting stupjd things in social media.

We are not giving priority to any specific region. The reason why EU customers are receiving units faster is because the shipping crisis is worse in the US, with ships taking weeks to dock. Unfortunately this situation is completely out of our control.

The crisis was About 2 year later, say you have problems two years after the covid started, I think that it is rather your company that has a seríus problems.
You should have investigated the delays with your logistics team to avoid this delays and anticipate this problems.

You really should Google just a tiny bit and you would see that in USA it actually takes weeks for ships to Dock so that's not an excuse but the reality. And nobody could have Seen that coming as it's not only related to Covid but also because of the Suez canal Drama some months ago.

They have know About this problems in California for a Long time, and they did not Look for solutions, they just let it pass. Because they did not Look at the option of sending them by plane or another shipping metod.
Only because problems exist for a longer period of time, doesn't make them go away all of the sudden.

you ever looked further into the complexety of transportation? using planes of far more expensive then a cargo ship also the ship get more done in one trip then a plane. why should fanatec use planes then the economy of the logistics is broken.
cancel your order... get a simucube... i heard they are in stock... be it 3 times more expensive and higher torque values too... so better for you.

Fanatec has 0 control over what is happening with the US ports. To blame them for the BS going on here in the US is ridiculous. You want to blame someone for the slow imports to the US, blame this fail Biden administration and their stupid policies.

This is a easy fix I think. Why doesn't Fanatec add a button. That give the customer the option to pay for express shipping from Germany or where ever they are boxed up. And let the customer take on the full amount of the shipping if they are impatient.
Mhm? Everything is packed and shipped from Factory in Bug container in China... From there it goes by boat to USA. You cant select different shipping method just for one order.....😅
