Don't know whats going on. CSL DD Delay
i have ordered my CSL DD in JUN,
about 4 days ago i got an email that my order will be shipped soon,
so i contacted livechat, and they said Sorry etc for the delay its busy i have been told it could take up to 48 hours untill it will be updated, here i am 55+ hours later without any update maybe theres something wrong in the system or whatsoever i have sold my old wheel because my order has been updated so im just waiting here to start racing again. hopefully there will be an update soon im not sure if anyone else has this kind of issue

Wouldn’t worry.
I’m in Australia, got my first email 1st October which said will be advised shipping details soon. Took about 14 days before I received shipping details and delivered today, so just over 3 weeks total. I do know of one other in Australia who had a similar delay between the first email and actual shipping.
Oh wow thats insane didnt expect this from Fanatec never had this kind of issues with them.
im from the netherlands and their warehouse is in germany i believe so its a couple hours drive hopefully thats the impact
or if this is actually true i would know enough for future purchases its sad because i like their products but yeah..

im from germany and got my mail came last tuesday. no shipping info yet but i think it will come next week since ALOT of orders get processed

It’s a combination of issues with the loading and docking of container ships and local processing, currently here in Aus I’m experiencing a lot of shipping delays not just the Fanatec shipment.
