CSL Elite pedals w/USB Clubsport adapter will not work at all

I have tried to update the firmware using the updating tool, but the pedals are not even registering. I switched my rj12 cable. I ran as administrator. I tried to use the pedal updater tool. Nothing helps.

Anything that might work would be great.

I was excited to get these for use with my t300. Now I am seriously discouraged.

    I figured it out.

    For some reason the option came up to unzip the download file. This causes the files to be read and installed incorrectly.

    I hope this helps someone in need.
