Podium DD2 base is no good, warranty doesn't work !

I bought a Podium DD2 base in late 2019 and last week in the middle of the game the steering wheel buttons stopped working. I turned everything off and restarted and even so it didn't work again, if fabatec support by email and even after I identify myself proving to be the first base buyer, they are denying the warranty. Terrible product, I used little as evidenced by my use of the game on Steam and a product with a warranty of 5 already gave problems. Be warned, don't throw money away! I was disappointed with the product.

I am sure there was just a miscommunication.
When the WQR fails then this is of course a legal warranty claim if you have registered the product in your account with a valid serial number and the original invoice.
So best to just contact the support again.

What's with all the different colors in your message? If you want people to treat you like an adult, act like one. A douchey multi-colored message, with poor grammar, will not get you the results you're hoping for.
Just because I can't access the other account here on the fanatec site with my old email, won't I have a guarantee?
You have when you provide the support the required Information (serial number, original invoice).
I'm impressed Fanatec responded to this thread after you announced the DD2 is "no good". I'd let you wiggle in the wind until you got your information together and your attitude improved. They're obviously nicer than I am.
The product is pretty cool to use, but it is a product with a 5-year warranty that was defective in less than 2 years with little use. And so far I can see that I threw my money away. Before I used the V2 base which was used by several rings without any defect.
I await a solution to the problem, when it is resolved I will inform you here.
Nice to see your grammar improving. Please take the same care to provide Fanatec Support with the information they need to help you better. You're not going to impress anyone here with claims the DD2 is junk just because you're a "professional" driver, and how dare they not know Royalty needs assistance.
I really want to keep talking well about the fanatec brand, I've been using the products for over 10 years and I've never had a problem. Just the DD2 that I thought I would never have a problem with was just what I had.
Why do you come down so hard on this guy? English is not his native language and he's trying hard to get his message accross. There's only one here having attitude problems, and that is you. You are an insult to the community.
That's funny, I didn't insult anyone like you just did. Very mature.
For the record though, I came down on him because he came to the Fanatec website and started a thread to proclaim the DD2 was garbage. He fails to mention he doesn't have a receipt but still expects Fanatec to bend over backward for him. Was the multi colored text when he was trying to get his point across?
