Help csl dd, ffb greyed out. No ffb in game iracing

I got the csl dd hooked it up went to fanatec driver. Turned it on updated the firmware. Says everything is up to date. Go to iracing can calibrate it but the ffb box is greyed out. I don't have irffb. I calibrated it in the fanatec driver too I tried in on red and yellow help please

    Hi Michael, does the FFB test work in the driver? And can you test the FFB in any other racing game?


    [edit] I found some other results about this, it seems like if the FFB is greyed out, then iRacing isn't detecting the wheel properly. You must have a driver conflict somehow.
