CSL E Base PS4: 688 (NEW) permanently loses connection on PS5

Hello

I have a problem. My CSL E Base PS4 permanently loses connection and then turns off. For e.g. when I play Gran Turismo Sport.

I have already updated to the latest firmware but it always loses the connection and goes out.

What could be the reason?

    I'd suggest making a video of it to show exact behavior. They would also like you to add it to a support ticket in case you go that route.

    These are a Video in F1 2021 for PS5. In this Session the Wheel losses the connection every 5-10 sec. Thats so frustrated.

    I fixed the problem. The problem was that the steering wheel always lost the connection to the base. Now it works.
