Support request - CSL Elite died

Dear members,
My CSL Elite wheel base died last week and doesn't power on at all.
After trying several things to the power brick and/or cable (and still the wheel base didn't go on) I gave up and contacted the Fanatec support. However after 8 days I still haven't received any answers from Fanatec. I did my support request on the 30th of November. Is this normal?

It is 8 business day but they should have come back to you.
Did you get an automated reply that they received the ticket?
Did you check your junk/spam box in case the mails ended up there?
I did receive an automated reply, yes. Also I check my junk/spam mailbox everyday and no answers from Fanatec unfortunately. It's frustrating because when Fanatec would suggest to repair it, I'm afraid it'll cost another 2 months.

It's definitely not normal, the support response is currently 1-2 working days. I checked your account and there is something strange, because your message is there but seems to be not assigned in the correct way. I have alerted the support team, you should receive a message soon.
