[Resolved] Help with an order.

Hi there, I'm a new customer and I placed a few orders and I see that in one of the orders will be a delay because of a pedal that I have included.

I'd like to change the pedal for another one with is more expensive but is available.

I also like that other pedal more than the other one.

The order was already charged to my card.

What should I do to change this item to my existing order?

  • You can only cancel the order and order again

  • You need to cancel and re-order. You cannot change your order once placed and you cannot cancel it if it says processed or moved to the warehouse.

    Also you do understand that the DD Pro is coming with the CSL Pedals included in the price right?

    But I'm afraid of not liking the CSL Pedals that come included with the DD Pro.

    That's why I'd like to get Clubsport Pedals V3 instead.
