You need to run the games in the yellow PC compatibility mode.
not work, i have try now , if i turn yellow mode fan lab and fanatec manager not see whell and base when i start the game is the same
That's the issue then.
Run the driver repair or uninstall and reinstall the driver. All with the base powered on and in yellow compatibility mode.
not work on yellow mode only od red mode work but not in games....
You tried repair or reinstalling the driver as said?
THe base has to be recognized by the driver in yellow mode. Otherwise of course it cant be recognized by any game in that mode.
i have tried both reinstal and repiar both not work, if i have on yeelow mode base then fanatec lab and fanatec manager not see the divice only work if i make red mode, in any games i check yellow how red mode and not work .... only on console work :(
Then you can try a different USB Port as one of the last steps..
If that also fails then the base might be broken somehow in Compatibility mode.
It's likely your USB port that's the issue. use a different one.
Also try for testing purposes a different cable or bring the DD to a different computer.
another thought, manually reflash the bios incase that didn't take correctly when you did the 4.33 drivers.
if it works in PS mode, then it's probably fine and your issue is your computer or the drivers on your computer
another thought, go to device manager, turn off the DD, then in device manager show hidden devices, and delete everything under every section that is dim/grayed out. sometimes these cause issues. if you have a Logitech gaming mouse those often cause lots of issues with other USB devices so try uninstalling ghub and removing the mouse temporarily... then see if it works.
