I'll try again - no FFB on V2.5 wheelbase!

I posted once but had no help so I'll try again...

My FFB has suddenly stopped working. What could be the reason for this? All other aspects of my steering wheels work including the vibration effect when I test them in the new Fanatec control panel. But the FFB button has no test response whatsover.

Any guidance much appreciated. Erroe log attached. Surely it can't be broken?

    Not too familiar with that wheel but it could be the FFB motor or belt, can you see inside the wheel or take the covers off and have a look inside?

    Thank you for your reply Peter. I was kind of hoping that it wouldn't come down to that. If I get no better suggestions soon then I will have no choice. I read somewhere trying a different wheel base USB port all of it's own might solve the issue - I will try that first.
