Hello, there would be a pdf that describes what the buttons of the GT DD Pro are for, how to configure the options from the lcd screen.

Question by the way, is it impossible to configure the steering wheel under GT Sport? on the screen it is always "Locked"

Yes there is a manual...

Locked settings mean you are in Auto Setup. Open Tuning Menu and change into Custom Setup.

Or after you made yourself familiar with the base press the Tuning Menu Button for 3 seconds while being in the Tuning Menu and switch into Advanced Tuning Menu to change even more settings.
