Firmware/updating issues

in Wheel Bases (and Racing Wheels)

Does anyone have issues updating there DD1 and clubsport V2 hub? what videos or info can you recommend for servicing these items? Also, I call the US technical support line 24/7 and never get a response does anyone else also have this issue??

    I had to go to the Fanatec control panel and update the wheel base firmware. Hope you got it resolved.
