paddle shifters missing shifts

I recently bought the formula v2.5x and when i was installing the dual clutch module when i was removing the plug for the original shifter the socket broke off.

first question is that something that can be fixed and how will i go about doing so

with that said i took the shifters off my v2 but now after 2 weeks they are missing shifts. ( v2 shifters 2 yrs old)

Second question is there quick fix for that
