DD1 tech issues
Did a windows update, went to reinstall drivers 439, the LED screen then went out on the base, the computer restarted for the drivers, and now the LED screen doesn’t come on and when i press the power button on the back of the base, the fan turns on and the motor spins to the right about 360 degrees. When i go to press the power button on the back again the fan turns off until i left go of the power button and then the fan turns back on. The fan stays on even if the PC is off. Also the base is not recognized by the PC. Does anyone have any clue?

If you press and hold the power button for 10 seconds while the PC is on and the Fanatec driver is installed, the base should go into bootloader mode and automatically try to update the firmware. If it doesn't do this, then I recommend that you contact support.
