DD Pro slipping and vibration

I’m on my 5th day using my DD Pro, it suddenly seems to have developed a notchy slipping feeling instead of the smooth and firm feedback I was getting for the first few days. It has also started vibrating/oscillating somewhat erratically after 5+ minutes of driving, and even continues with the wheel taken off and no input cable, regardless of wheel mode. You can hear motor noises coming through the wheel/output shaft if you put your ear up to it, and they are in a somewhat erratic pattern. The vibrating goes away if you stop using it for a while, but the slipping does not. I initially thought it was the QR1 Lite issue, but the suggested online fixes don’t improve it and the fact it’s behaving strangely even without a wheel makes me think it isn’t that.

I encountered the exact same problem! It happened 2 days ago after 20 minutes I plugged my booster kit for the first time. I was playing f1 2021 and all of a sudden I felt a snap and the wheel started oscillating erratic on a straight line. I restarted the race and the car was aggressive steering on the left even on a straight wheel. It disappeared when I restarted the ps5 and wheel, however now it doesn't run as smooth as before and I feel a slipping on every change of direction.
