GT DD power supply won't turn on

I've had my GT CSL DD wheel for 3 days now. Today I plugged in the booster pack only to find it won't light up. Thus, the wheel won't turn on. This is pretty frustrating. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Does anyone know how this happened?

    I would suggest the obvious which you probably have already done. But recheck all connections. Did it work with the non booster pack?

    My standard power supply for GT DD died after three days. Waiting to hear back from Fanatec. Very disappointing. I used the Logitech G29 since it first was released and never had a single issue with that wheel. Three days of GT 7 and now I am out of action for who knows how long.

    Exactly the same, my power supply died after 3 days.

    soon as you turn it on it trips the Circuit Breaker for the socket ring main!
