I Can't update the firmware of my Fanatec CSL Elite PS4

Hi all,

I am having issues when trying to upgrade the firmware of my fanatec CSL elite ps4.

I have opened the error logs and found the following

    Yeah I can't update mines either, got my DD in the mail late February, control panels freezes and stops responding. Can update on another PC but the firm doest carrry over to my main PC smh I'm stuck waiting on support see if there's any solution. Have you contacted them? Send them the logs
