GT DD Pro Installation Problems.

V´ve got my GT DD pro Wheelbase today.


I can not Update the Fanatec Wheel Base Motor Firmware.

The Control Panel recognizes the Wheel, the Padels, even the Wheelbase, but when i´m moving the Wheel there is no reaction. Every Button and every other Shifter Works even in the Games, but when I´m moving the wheel nothing happens.

When i´m changing the wheel base modes the control panel gives directly a reaction.

Wheel Base Firmware: 1.1.5.4

Wheel Base Motor Firmware 0.0.0.0 (!!)

So it never worked, i´ve had never Problems with any other Product from Fanatec.

    Motor Firmware 0.0.0.0 means it's broken.

    Contact the support.

    Ciao,

    Anch'io ho lo stesso identico problema...preso il GT DD PRO il 28/03 e il firmware del motore non vuole saperne di essere aggiornato.

    Purtroppo non riesco ad utilizzare il supporto da i miei prodotti perché,una volta risposto a tutte le domande con annesse foto del problema, non mi fa inviare la richiesta chiedendomi " l'oggetto e il messaggio" ma io ho compilato tutto.

    Sono 5 giorni che provo a risolvere senza successo
