[in progress] Gt dd pro not working

Cant get my new gt dd pro to control the ps4pro tryed blue and purple actualy all modes.Downloaded the fanatec control panel says fanatec does not recognize device. Tryed all the advice from social media have been trying for hours what's going on?did I get a dud?

    should work fine on ps4 does on mine sometimes need to press ps button on wheel rim and should connect fine in ps mode blue light.

    I use 1st usb slot on ps pro and dont connect my ds4 pad.

    fanatec software on pc / laptop to see it will need to be in pc mode red light, you will want to update wheel etc anyway before using through their software.
