CSL DD strange noise when rotate

Hi, I would like to know if someone else has notice this strange "grainy" noise when the shaft rotates. This is the second base I have with the same problem, the first one was replaced in the RMA process.

    Hi Matteo,

    I see that our service team concluded that your first base had a grainy feel and was defective. If this second base feels the same, then I think you should contact support again. However if it doesn't feel grainy and is just making a slight noise, this could be considered normal. The CSL DD is very quiet but not completely silent in its operation, and you can hear electronic noises in a quiet environment, but this should not affect the performance of the base.
