Damaged my GT DD Wheelbase

Managed to trip over the wire from my pedals to my DD GT wheelbase and rip the RJ12 connector loose. I need to send it in for a repair, I'm UK Based, how long will it likely take to get back?

    Probably the best part of a month including shipping both ways.

    I live in the eastern US. I've had two RMA's that I've sent back to Fanatec, which get sent to their service facility in California. Both times, it took about a week to get the package to them, three to four business days for them to assess/repair, and another week for the package to be shipped back.

    So...3 weeks, give or take. YMMV of course, being in a different part of the world, but I seem to recall others stating similar experiences.
