Sudden changes in FF after installing RaceHub software

I installed the Racehub software to run the new Asetek pedals . At the first try in iRacing the FF was gone on my DD2 . After reastarting it was normal again . On the next day I changed the sensitivity from 1080 to 900 and with that the force to move the wheel jumped by 2.5x. I used FF at 60 in Fanalab. In iRacing 25Nm and 6.1 for strength. To get roughly the same results I’m using now 45Nm on the wheel and in iRacing 25/ 2.6 Nm. Even after removing the RaceHub software and flashing the firmware on the DD2 Base / Motor, I still can’t get my old FF setting back .

Any thoughts anyone?
