CSL Elite Wheel Base broken USB Port - How do I file a warranty claim?

Hello,
The USB port for my wheelbase has broken and I cannot connect the USB cable. The wheel base is still under warranty, but I cannot locate any information on how to submit a warranty claim. I have sent an email to customer support twice and have not received an answer yet. I have also not been able to locate a phone number to contact Fanatec USA to get the process started.
Does anyone have any information to help with getting the wheelbase replaced or repaired/.
