FedEx lost my order. They say I have to contact Fanatec to get a claim started. I emailed and did the chat on website but no one has got back to me yet. Anyone have experience with this?
i just want them to send out another dd pro. But have a feeling it’ll be awhile.
I see customer service replied to you today saying that the package was marked as delivered. Please reply to that message if something is not right.
