  • Its a shame! At least i dont feel alone anymore. I spent over 1000€ for the Fanatec Eco system and now im left behind with a gt dd pro which they messed up during repair. I had this grainy feel issue and got it back after more than 4 weeks only to see that they blocked the power plug with the new back cover…

    i cant believe that this is a german brand. Its such a shame. No customer care. No telephone support. No replies to email. Nothing.

    Dont buy from fanatec at this moment. They have to get some things sorted…


    Fanatec, listen to your customers!

    In a YT-Interview concerning the GT DD Pro the CEO of Fanatec suggested not to buy from another brand but to „wait and buysomething better“ (in german: „wartet und kauft lieber gleich was gescheites!“).

    Whata huge mistake!!!
