Csl elite ps4 ffb issue

Since last firmware or driver update I have issue where ffb feels weird and wheels countersteering is slow..in ac the wheel does not work properly with content manager have deleted reinstalled but feels like somethings getting messed up I manage to fix it don't know how but when I turn pc off and wheel when I turn back on its messed up again..I've reset my whole PC fixed it but same issue after power on and off I've tried everything any help would be much appreciated please
