Podium Racing Wheel F1 loss of strength while playing

Hello everyone, I need help. As the title suggests, I use this podium on PC, I have been using it for more than a year, the problem started gradually, from first once every month, now the problem persists every day. everything works perfectly during the game, until I lose all strength and the steering wheel becomes light, the DD1 display shows "enable hi tourque?" but the buttons on the steering wheel do not work. I have to turn it off and on again and everything works again. I bought a new V2.5 formula wheel thinking that was the problem but nothing has changed. ps. I tried to install new versions of drivers and firmware but nothing changes. Some advice? thank you very much

Yes, I have had this issue. As well as shifters and buttons going inop.

My teammate has the same base n wheel n same issues.
Hello Andrea,
As you've already exchanged the wheel and tried a newer driver/firmware, the issue is likely caused by the base which interrupts the communication with the wheel. Also the fact that it got worse over time points towards it being a hardware issue. I would suggest you to contact our support team by opening a ticket on the "My Products".
