GT DD PRO: rotation problems

Good morning everyone,
for a couple of weeks I have a GT DD PRO (8Nm), which I use on PS5 with F1 2021.
for a couple of days, however, I have a problem. During the steering phases, in particular towards the right, the steering wheel has a small phase of resistance and then a strange "clapper" is heard.
This noise has a sonorous effect but also a feedback one, since the short "clapper" can also be heard flying in the hand, and makes you lose the fluidity of the steering.
can anyone help me or had this problem? Could it be a quick release problem or something badly edited?

    You have to put some duct tape on the hub.

    This is mine, I put two strips of transparent tape, so as to make a sort of ramp towards the end of the hub.
