Clubsport Shifter shifts randomly

Hey,
Since I switched to sequential mode and back to H-shifter mode, my shifter now shifts randomly. Shifting in the 4th gear sometimes shifts into the second gear. Shifting into the 3rd gear, it shifts into reverse gear. Something goes wrong with that shifter. I recalibrated it, but it didn't help.
Is there a way to fix it?
The shifter is directly connected to a Fanatec DD Pro base.

Which Driver and especially Firmware are you using?
All Shifter issues were fixed with Driver 439 and included Base Firmware 1.1.5.4 so make sure you are on that version.
I'm on 440 and Firmware 1.1.6.4
Then you can try to re-calibrate the shifter and if thats not helping then it looks like a hardware issue of the Shifter and you should contact the support.
Have a quick search through this forum before attempting the support route. There are a few posts with potential solutions that you can try. Otherwise, it's likely that support will take weeks to answer you, given the current rate at which they've been responding.
Same problem here. I bought this shifter from hand and don't have warranty. I'm very disappointed. I was sure fanatec is super reliable. Unfortunately is not.
