Podium F1 wheel base not recognizing podium hub

I have a new Podium F1 wheel base and it will not recognize any Podium hub I attach to it. All the firmware is up to date in the base and hubs. The podium hubs work in my buddies wheel base which is also the podium f1. My f1 wheel that came with it works flawlessly. I've seen several people mention similar problems, but can't find any solutions.

    Hello,

    I have exactly the same issue with my new podium F1 DD1 base.

    My 3 podium hub wheels doesn't works..in pc mode or PlayStation mode

    I wait for an answer from fanatec.

    I have this same issue - it worked a few times, and now not at all. Very frustrating.
