I have the CSL Elite Wheel base v1.1. I want to get the Fanatec Clubsport steering wheel F1 Esports V2. Could this combo be compatible with xbox one?

Nope that wheel will not work on Xbox.

You need to have the Formula v2.5X if you want to make your base Xbox compatible. (Becareful the Formula v2.5 also doesn't work on Xbox)
