Gran Turismo DD Pro Wheel Base + McLaren V2 GT 3

I just purchased ( upgraded ) the Gran Turismo DD Pro Wheel Base,

The wheel is  McLaren V2 GT 3 + Clubsport v3 pedals. On PC everything works ok but on Play Station 5, the wheel is recognized as Fanatec GT DD Pro. The pedals aren't recognized at all.

I connected the RJ 12 cable from wheelbase to pedals.

Could anyone help me, please ?

Firmware is up to date, drivers, etc...
