Good morning
I report a problem to my DD1. While running the driver change process, from 439 to 445,
the fan started spinning at 100% and never returned to normal speed.
But then the problem is not only this because there is no longer a dialogue with the PC
and trying with the manual update window does not give the possibility to act and replace the driver.
However, this is not in favor of Fanatec assistance and that after reporting the problem I have not received an answer
and more than 7 days have passed since my report. So long does it take?
And even beyond 7 days if we consider Saturday and Sunday ... that's fine! I hope to solve the problem with Fanatec technicians
as soon as possible! I don't know how Fanatec's delay is justified!
