Were Podium Advanced Paddles Updated Again? Or is mine busted?

I just returned to playing GT7 recently. FFB is much better!

But Last time I play my Podium Paddles acted as follows:

・Assigned the upper right/left paddles on the Fanatec Podium Advanced Paddle Module to turn signals;

・Assigned the left/right Paddles to Up/Down Shifting;

・Assigned the analog Paddles Look Left/Right

But now the Analog Paddles are both acting like clutches.

Did they change this? Or do I have something setup wrong?

I dug through all the patch notes, but couldn't find anything.

    Nothing?

    I really liked that setup, but i can see where they'd update to do F1 clutching. I just can't find any documentation or conversations about it anywhere.
