CSL Elite wheelbase won't stay on

Hi,

I currently experience an issue with my CSL Elite wheelbase. The wheelbase won't turn on and stay on.

  • I see the red light flash when I press the power on button. Once I release the button, it power's off again.
  • When I press the power on button longer, I can see the wheel self center, but once I release the button, It powers off again
  • When I press the power on button very long, the bootloader comes up. Windows detects it as well, but yet again once I release the button, it powers off.

Any solutions on how to fix this?

    The base is dead.

    You would need to contact the support to maybe get it repaired, most likely at your own cost because the warranty is likely expired.
