Handbrake Problems

Hello everyone,

I am having trouble with the handbrake and looking for some insight as what to do next. It has been sent away for repair and no problems found from the support team. I have the same problem on 2 different wheel bases, PC, console even with new cables from support. Setting dead zones has not helped either. Please anyone with an idea to help would be much appreciated.
