Loose shaft DD Pro

Hi, i bought a DD Pro 3 weeks ago and the shaft has become disconnected from the internal usb connection. I have retightened the u clamp after reinserting the shaft but it has come loose again. I see this was an issue for other people earlier in the year... is there a permanent fix for this?? I will get a torque wrench and tighten it again, what is the safe limit??? Honestly disappointing for a new item.

    I suppose you could try to put some carbon paste. People use it on carbon bicycles to have better grip when tight with low torque the bolts.

    Does anyone know the shaft dimensions or diameter for the dd pro I'm assuming it's the same as the dd1 dd2
