Podium racing wheel f1 FFB not working?

I can't get the FFB working. If i click on "Test FFB" the steering wheel rotates but in game (f1 22) or outside the game, nothing happens.

Did i forget something.

I play on my PC.


Also i did make a support ticket but i get a unfilled support ticket page back and i can't see if i did make a ticket.
