Bank Transfer Refund

Its been around 10 days since i sent i cancelled my order and i have yet to get a refund. I've contacted support but have yet to hear back. Just want a little update or something on it. Thanks

  • I’m having the same issue. The wrong wheel was put in my order (i don’t recall putting it in my order since it’s a PC wheel and I’m going to run my sim on Xbox) so i tried contacting support and there is no way of talking to an actual customer service rep with these guys. Canceled my entire order, waiting for the money to be refunded so i can purchase the new order (with the correct wheel).

    Pretty ridiculous customer service with this company.
