DD1 Base having issues

I recently received my Podium F1 package but I am having issues with the DD1 base.

When I power it on the fans spin at 100% but the OLED screen stays black and after a few seconds it powers itself off again.

The wheel shaft does not spin and when I attach a wheel, nothing on the wheel appears to light up, nor does the tuning button do anything.

If I press the power button for 10 seconds to enter bootloader mode, the following window appears but the DD1 still powers off shortly after. Windows also makes a USB connected sound, followed by a USB disconnected sound.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    When not even the OLED goes on then the base is dead and you need to contact the support.

    Thank you for your response. I will attempt to contact support.

    For my own reference, and if anyone knows, does Australia have an RMA/Repair Workshop? I am worried that I may have to send my base to Germany or the US for repairs...

    tengo el mismo problema mi base no la reconoce el pc hubo una actualizacion de wuindos y despues de eso dejo de funcionar
